Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipment.

• We ship orders on Wednesdays and Thursdays only. If your order is placed after our shipping days, it will be processed and shipped the following week.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

We offer two shipping carriers:

• USPS Shipping – Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days

• UPS Shipping – Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as high order volume, holidays, and weather conditions.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us via Shopify Inbox as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders

For orders totaling $60 or more, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure that you or someone in your household is available to sign for your package to avoid any delivery delays.
